East Galveston Bay, Bolivar Peninsula Fishing Report

Light winds, warmer waters and good morning tides made for great fishing in East Galveston Bay. The reefs are holding good numbers of trout while the south shoreline is holding good numbers of slot reds and nice flounder.

Water temps are going up and the fish are becoming more active. Trout and reds are coming in from just about any bay reefs. Look for birds working and slicks.

Once the winds calmed down, the fishing heated up. Nice trout, reds, and flounder coming in from shorelines in East Bay
