East Galveston Bay, Bolivar Peninsula Fishing Report

Since the weather has turned cold and windy, it's a good time to clean and put new Fins Braid on all your reels.  Wind has water levels 2-3 feel below normal and come boat ramps are closed.  When the tides return to normal, we will be fishing the upper end of Trinity Bay and drifting West Bay reefs.  Fish should stack up in areas with deep water access.  Barnett Bay will be a good choice on the upper end of the bay using soft plastics.  Also fishing around old piers along the Seabrook shoreline and around to the La Porte area.  We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and stay safe.  Thanks for reading the report this year and we will start fresh in 2017.  Until next week, see you on the water.
